We are currently looking for a hands-on and service-oriented HR professional who also enjoys recruitment to join our small HR team in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. The ideal candidate enjoys broad operational HR work, likes being involved in recruitment activities, takes ownership, and supports the business with accuracy, discretion, and a positive mindset. The starting date is as soon as possible at our office on the 24th floor of the Prime Tower in Zurich.

Responsibilities

  • HR Administration: Manage end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including employee data management, sickness and accident notifications, onboarding and offboarding support, HR inquiries, reference letters, and monthly reporting 
  • Recruitment: End-to-end coordination of recruitment activities, including drafting and managing job advertisements, close alignment with hiring managers, interview coordination, candidate communication, feedback documentation, reference checks, and support of background screening; ensure complete and up-to-date candidate and new joiner files 
  • Payroll Support: Perform four-eye reviews, respond to payroll-related inquiries, and liaise with external payroll providers 
  • HR Systems & Tools: Administer and maintain HR systems (e.g., Personio, Workable), ensuring high data quality and independently implementing system updates and improvements 
  • Budget Administration: Support HR budget management, including invoice processing, tracking of costs, and coordination with Finance and external partners 
  • HR Projects & General Support: Provide administrative and organizational support across a broad range of HR topics and projects, taking ownership of assigned initiatives as required 
  • Internal & External Reporting: Support HR reporting processes, handle clarifications, and ensure timely administrative follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders
