This is a newly created, senior-level role. You'll be the person who owns our marketing strategy end-to-end — bridging creative, paid ads, organic, and CRO into one coherent, high-performing engine. You'll work directly with our CEO/founder and collaborate daily with our Marketing Executives.

  • Own and streamline the Ad Creative process — from brief to launch — coordinating with creators, editors, CRO, organic, and Paid Ads teams
  • Lead the marketing team: set direction, manage performance, raise the bar
  • Make strategic marketing decisions alongside the CEO and Marketing Executives
  • Test angles, own our target audience, and translate insights into action
  • Analyse ad performance and extract what actually matters
  • Stay ahead of creative trends and watch competitors closely
  • Build and maintain a dynamic tracking and performance system across the team
  • Keep branding consistent across every platform and touchpoint
