What You'll Be Doing

• Implementing treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist
• Providing high-quality outpatient physical therapy services
• Monitoring patient progress and communicating updates to the supervising PT
• Helping shape clinic workflows, culture, and patient experience
• Ensuring timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborating with team members to support clinic growth
• Educating patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
• Building strong relationships with patients to support successful outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Georgia (or in the final stages of licensure)
• Interest in professional growth, leadership, and clinic development
• Pelvic health experience or interest is a plus
• Self-motivated clinician who takes pride in patient outcomes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Desire to help create a high-performing, patient-centered clinic culture
