The Technical Representative opening at On is a great opportunity for a candidate that’s passionate about providing educational and experiential opportunities for our B2B partners and their communities. As the product knowledge expert in your region, you will work closely with a regional Tech Lead and regional Sales Representative to brainstorm and execute strategies that bolster relationships with our partners and drive brand affinity with their staff and communities. This position is travel intensive (up to 60%) and our ideal team member will live within about an hour drive from Dallas, TX. Your Mission
- Conduct high-impact product knowledge clinics that articulate the technical features and performance benefits of On’s footwear and apparel collections
- Support retail partner events through the execution of product demos, community runs, and brand activations that deliver a premium experience
- Plan and coordinate regional product launch events in alignment with global marketing calendars to drive sell-through and excitement
- Manage On’s presence at local expos and corporate events, overseeing logistics from booth setup to consumer engagement
- Implement and maintain in-store visual merchandising standards to ensure the brand is represented with premium consistency
- Cultivate relationships with local running clubs and fitness communities to increase brand visibility and grassroots advocacy
- Monitor regional inventory levels during store visits and facilitate fill-in orders to ensure product availability for our fans
- Act as a strategic liaison by gathering and sharing market insights, competitor trends, and partner feedback with the wider Sales and Marketing teams

You Story
- 1-2 years’ work experience; Sales or Tech Rep experience preferred
- Experience in the run specialty or outdoor retail industries preferred
- Passion and experience in running and outdoor pursuits preferred
- General knowledge of human physiology as it applies to running
- Comfort and ease with presenting to retailers, customers, and industry professionals
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Proficiency Google Suite and Microsoft Office preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time; travel percentage will fluctuate based on business needs to cover this territory
- Candidates must live or be willing to relocate to within about an hour drive of Dallas, TX.
