Sensor Tower is seeking an experienced Compliance Team Lead to join our Legal & Compliance team. You will own the systems, processes, and policies that keep Sensor Tower running compliantly. AI competency is key. An essential aspect will be implementing and maintaining agentic auditing processes to ensure compliance with policy and to detect anomalies and risks.

Other responsibilities include contract lifecycle, vendor procurement, KYC screening, policy management, privacy compliance, SOC 2 certification, and employee training. The ability to work cross-functionally is also key as you would collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sales Operations, People Operations, and Information Security, and report key metrics directly to the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000

Key Responsibilities

Contract Lifecycle & Procurement Operations:

You will be the primary owner of Sensor Tower’s contract management infrastructure and vendor procurement process, ensuring data integrity, efficient workflows, and sound vendor risk practices.

  • Administer and continuously improve the CLM platform (e.g., Ironclad, Luminance, etc.), including workflow builds, integrations, user permissions, and data integrity; evaluate next-generation CLM tooling with enhanced data extraction and AI capabilities as needed.

  • Support and maintain the Vendor Procurement Request workflow end to end—conducting data validation reviews, overseeing vendor risk assessments for completeness and acceptability, and serving as an escalation point for complex procurement issues.

  • Collaborate with Deal Desk and Sales Operations to manage the Product Order Form workflow, integrations, and document repository; support Legal in deploying updates to templates and policies.

  • Oversee the Vendor Management Policy and related internal procedures; maintain procurement documentation and deliver internal training to keep stakeholders engaged and processes efficient.

  • Extract, analyze, and report on contract metrics—including productivity, volume, and repository contents—to the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer; facilitate integration of contract documents from acquired companies.

Compliance Programs & Risk Management:

You will design, maintain, and oversee the compliance programs that protect Sensor Tower and its customers, spanning KYC, due diligence, SOC 2, and internal policy governance.

  • Oversee KYC process and policy—including documentation, internal training, and escalation for sanctions screening—and manage the vendor integration for screening tools in collaboration with Sales Operations.

  • Administer the DDQ management platform, serving as an escalation point for complex questionnaires, maintaining the knowledge base and standardized response templates, and reporting completion metrics to the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer.

  • Collaborate with the Director of Information Security to maintain SOC 2 internal controls compliance in the control management platform (Drata); prepare the environment ahead of audit periods, support external auditors, and manage Sensor Tower’s public Trust Center.

  • Collaborate with the Legal and Engineering teams to conduct reviews for new and updated products, update Sensor Tower’s Privacy Policy and processes, conduct gap analysis where relevant.

  • Collaborate with the AI Steering Committee to conduct gap analysis for Sensor Tower’s AI governance framework, review and maintain policies and procedures in support of the AI governance framework, keep the Legal team apprised of relevant AI developments, audit new product launches for compliance.

  • Oversee the annual internal policy review cycle—facilitating stakeholder approvals, deploying updated policy documents, and maintaining an accurate compendium of policies that reflects Sensor Tower’s culture and processes.

  • Manage compliance queue workflows in Salesforce (data validation, DSAR requests, app takedown requests) and provide oversight and reporting on team productivity, volume, and process health.

Technology Adoption, Training & Office Operations:

You will champion the tools and programs that keep the compliance team and the broader organization effective, informed, and well-supported—from cutting-edge technology to everyday office operations.

  • Spearhead the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of new compliance and legal technologies, including AI-enabled tools; facilitate cross-functional technology improvements with Finance and Sales Operations and maintain a roadmap of improvements for leadership.

  • Partner with People Operations to deploy required regulatory and SOC 2 compliance training on schedule via a multi-channel platform (mobile, desktop, Slack-integrated); record completion evidence and develop bespoke training materials as needed.

  • Manage day-to-day SLC office operations, including maintaining office documentation, coordinating workstation readiness, ordering team lunches on in-office days, processing monthly invoices, and supporting the hosting of visiting guests and events.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–6 years of experience in compliance, legal operations, or a related field.

  • Hands-on experience with CLM platforms (e.g., Ironclad), compliance automation tools (e.g., Drata), and DDQ management solutions (e.g., Conveyor).

  • Familiarity with KYC/AML regulations and sanctions screening tools (e.g., LSEG Refinitiv World Check One).

  • Experience supporting SOC 2 certification processes and working with external auditors.

  • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate compliance requirements into clear guidance and support positive stakeholder relationships with the Compliance and Legal teams.

  • Proficient in GTM and legal technology with a track record of designing workflows, implementing and championing new tools and processes.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; paralegal certification, JD, or compliance certifications (CCEP, CRCM) a plus.
