Our team of around 80 professionals across Paris, London, and Munich brings together digital strategy consultants and technical experts in data, media, and UX. Founded in 2017, Singulier is growing fast across Europe. 

We are looking for a hands-on digital marketing expert with strong depth in performance marketing and applied AI to help portfolio companies accelerate growth and transform their marketing capabilities. 

You will be embedded alongside client teams and leadership, working on high-impact topics with a strong focus on delivery, speed, and tangible business outcomes. 

Drive growth strategy and performance 

  • Define and refine multi-channel acquisition strategies (paid media, SEO/GEO, content, affiliates)  
  • Identify high-impact growth opportunities across channels, customer segments, and markets  
  • Support investment decisions using CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback, and marginal returns  
  • Challenge existing approaches and accelerate the shift towards AI-driven discovery and answer-based marketing  

 

Own execution and drive impact 

  • Work hands-on with teams and agencies to test, iterate, and scale initiatives quickly  
  • Analyse performance, challenge channel mixes, and drive practical, high-impact actions  
  • Design and support measurement and experimentation frameworks (attribution, incrementality, geo tests, holdouts)  
  • Translate data into clear recommendations and ensure they are implemented and deliver results  

 

Apply AI to real marketing use cases 

  • Identify and implement practical AI applications to improve marketing effectiveness, speed, and scalability  
  • Apply AI across:  
  • campaign optimisation (bidding, targeting)  
  • creative and content production  
  • marketing workflows and automation  
  • reporting and insight generation  
  • Contribute to strategic thinking on:  
  • LLM-based search and AI-generated answers  
  • zero-click behaviours and evolving funnel dynamics  
  • brand visibility across authority and community platforms  

 

Build future-ready marketing organisations 

  • Assess capabilities, tools, partners, and ways of working  
  • Help teams build scalable, efficient, and data-driven marketing operations for the next stage of growth
