We are building a world-class, AI-driven B2B analytics SaaS. Built from scratch as a core product, it defines a new generation of marketing analytics within Tesonet Group.

 

You’ll join while core architecture, data flows, and engineering principles are actively being designed, with the opportunity to take real ownership and shape how the product is built and how teams collaborate.

 

The platform is built around intelligent automation, real-time data processing, ML modeling, and large-scale distributed systems, with AI deeply embedded at its core. By working with complex data, we deliver a powerful self-service analytics experience that enables faster, smarter marketing decisions.

 

You’ll play a key role in elevating our presence at leading industry events, ensuring we show up in the right places, with the right impact. From identifying opportunities to managing on-the-ground logistics, you’ll make sure every event we attend delivers real business value.

Main Responsibilities

  • Researching, sourcing, and selecting relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

  • Managing event registrations, partnerships, and sponsorship packages.

  • Coordinating all logistics, including travel, accommodation, and hotel bookings for team members.

  • Acting as the main point of contact with event organizers and external partners.

  • Planning our presence at events. (booths, materials, branding, schedules, meetings)

  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align event goals with business objectives.

  • Coordinating attendee schedules, meetings, and on-site activities to maximize ROI.

  • Ensuring smooth execution during events and troubleshooting any logistical challenges.

  • Tracking performance and outcomes of events, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

Core Requirements

  • Experience in event coordination, partnerships, or marketing (B2B/industry events is a plus).

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

  • Experience handling logistics such as travel, accommodation, and vendor coordination.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellence in written and verbal English.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently.

Salary Range

  • Gross salary is 2200 - 3000 eur/month
