Essential Functions
路聽 Partner with leadership to assess workforce needs, support organizational planning, and forecast future hiring requirements.
路聽 Develop, update, and post job descriptions across the Applicant Tracking System (Workable), LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
路聽 Work with the Human Resources team to assist with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and recommending top talent for open positions.
路聽 Coordinate and execute pre-employment processes, including reference checks, background screenings, and offer negotiations.
路聽 Prepare and present offer letters, onboarding documentation, and ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition.
路聽 Be trained on the new hire onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a positive and compliant employee experience.
路聽 Maintain and update employee records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
路聽 Support employee relations by assisting with responding to inquiries, addressing concerns and offboarding in a professional and timely manner.
路聽 Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
路聽 Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and support audits as needed.
路聽 Contribute to performance management processes, including tracking reviews, supporting managers, and maintaining documentation.
路聽 Assist with benefits administration, employee engagement initiatives, and training and development programs.
路聽 Support payroll coordination and ensure accurate employee data for compensation processing.
路聽 Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes, systems, and employee experience.
路聽 Maintain strict confidentiality of all employee, candidate, and organizational information.
路聽 Remain flexible and responsive to evolving business needs, taking on additional responsibilities as required.
