As Implementation Manager, you will own the customer onboarding and implementation process for distributors in the UK&I region end-to-end and make it work in the real world.
You’ll build and execute structured onboarding programs and implementation workflows, used by food distributors and internal GTM teams, and be accountable for whether customers actually launch successfully, adopt the product, and realize value, not just whether projects are completed.
What you’ll doOwn the onboarding and implementation lifecycle from post-sale handoff to go-live and Customer Success transition
Build and run implementation programs used to onboard distributors onto the Choco platform
Work through messy processes, technical dependencies, and real-world constraints to deliver successful launches
Make decisions that directly impact time-to-go-live, adoption, and customer success
Improve onboarding speed, implementation quality, and customer experience
Take responsibility for managing risks, dependencies, and multiple concurrent implementations
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Solution Engineering to deliver outcomes
4+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or project management with ownership of outcomes
Comfort operating in fast-moving environments with multiple projects and changing priorities
Strong judgment in real-world trade-offs across timelines, customer needs, and technical constraints
Accountability when implementations face risks or delays and the drive to resolve them
Fluency in English (C1/C2)
Work on digitalizing core operating systems for food distributors, automating orders, sales and payments in a system that still largely runs on calls and spreadsheets.
Work with an AI product with proven product–market fit, already embedded in distributor workflows and directly affecting order accuracy, speed, and margins.
