WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to join our Leasing team in the Czech Republic.

This role owns the full leasing lifecycle for assigned assets and is accountable for measurable leasing outcomes, including occupancy, rental income, and quality of tenant mix. The successful candidate combines strong deal-making capability, proactive business development, and customer-centric thinking with disciplined execution in a dynamic industrial real estate environment.


SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

  • Own the full leasing lifecycle with clear performance impact
    Lead leasing activities end-to-end for assigned assets, from opportunity identification through deal closure, with measurable objectives such as occupancy rate, rental income, and contribution to country KPIs.
  • Drive proactive opportunity creation and tenant acquisition
    Translate local market knowledge, competitor intelligence, and customer insights into proactive tenant engagement plans, including cold calling, targeted outreach, and early engagement with prospective customers.
  • Develop and execute leasing marketing strategies
    In cooperation with Marketing and Business Development, develop and implement leasing and asset-specific marketing strategies that increase visibility, generate high-quality leads, and accelerate leasing velocity.
  • Negotiate and structure value-optimizing deals
    Negotiate new lease agreements and renewals, shaping commercial and technical terms that optimize value for both P3 and the customer. Coordinate closely with Legal, Technical, Construction, and Development teams to ensure smooth and timely execution.
  • Own commercial decision-making and approvals
    Independently prepare high-quality ICMs and HUMs, supported by robust financial analysis, risk assessment, and clear commercial rationale, and manage internal approval processes in a disciplined manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships
    Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with tenants, agents, and key internal stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships and high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide market insight and measure impact
    Continuously gather and analyze market and competitor information, share insights internally, and measure the impact of leasing initiatives on business performance (e.g. occupancy, deal conversion, rental levels).
  • Contribute to team and business success
    Support the development and coaching of colleagues within the leasing team, contribute to annual targets, and consistently adhere to internal P3 standards and procedures (KYC, AML, internal approvals).
  • Represent P3 externally
    Represent P3 at business and promotional events, proactively strengthening P3’s reputation in the market and managing relationships with assigned key clients.


WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

  • Industrial real estate leasing expertise
    Minimum 5 years of experience in the  real estate market (experience in the industrial or retail segment is an advantage), including development projects, with a proven track record of delivering measurable leasing results (occupancy, rental income, tenant mix).
  • Deal making, negotiation & commercial acumen
    Strong ability to structure and negotiate complex lease agreements by combining commercial judgment, financial analysis, technical understanding, and empathy. Construction-related education or strong technical knowledge is an advantage.
  • Proactive, impact-driven mindset
    Demonstrated ability to proactively create opportunities, anticipate customer needs, and translate market insight into concrete leasing actions, with clear examples of measurable impact.
  • Customer-centric relationship orientation
    Proven capability to build and sustain trust-based relationships with tenants, agents, and internal stakeholders by understanding customers’ business models and delivering tailored leasing solutions.
  • Financial, legal & risk awareness
    Strong financial and analytical skills combined with solid understanding of legal and regulatory aspects of industrial real estate leasing, ensuring disciplined, compliant deal execution.
  • Languages
    Czech or Slovak – native or bilingual
    English – professional working proficiency
