We are looking for NOC Technicians to be parto of our team! The position works in a collaborative environment to support both new business initiatives and the stability of existing systems.
Aiming to fill a position that will focus on Monitoring Functions as a primary role and provide Tier1 level of support to our current Point of Sale solutions in Production environment.
Responsibilities:
o Identification of the issues by using the different monitoring tools for the different platforms
o Lead communication (internal communication, bridges) between our teams, also including external communications to our Vendors and Customers
o Tier1 troubleshooting support for production & product business outages aiming to mitigate or resolve issues impacting regular operation.
o Primary point of contact for all business entities
o Review all standard SQL schema changes to make sure proper procedures are followed.
o Follow up with internal development team as needed.
o Respond and plan for service outages
