💡 About the role:
We're looking for an Organic Acquisition Manager to own and grow Xolo's organic and AI-driven discoverability across all our markets.
This is a hands-on, systems-driven role focused on building scalable, automation-first engines that make organic and LLM-sourced signups a predictable, growing channel. You'll take a full-funnel view from search and AI visibility through to signup, and drive a structured experimentation process backed by clear measurement.
You'll work closely with front-end developers, product, and marketing to ship a website and content ecosystem that ranks, gets cited, and converts.
✍️ As an Organic Acquisition Manager at Xolo, you will:
- Define and execute our SEO and AEO strategy: audit current state, prioritize opportunities by business impact, and own the roadmap
- Maintain SEO and AEO health across the site, including structured data, internal linking, indexation, performance, and LLM-citation readiness, partnering with front-end developers
- Own website experimentation, information architecture, navigation, and CMS setup and governance, translating SEO/AEO requirements into clear specs
- Build automation-first content production systems as the default, establishing automated workflows, and bringing in copywriters where human craft is genuinely needed
- Run backlink and mention programs end-to-end to support organic visibility
- Own measurement, dashboards, and reporting for the KPIs
🧩 What makes you a great fit?
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and an innovator mindset in AEO
- Demonstrable track record of moving the needle in organic acquisition
- Strong with CMS platforms, structured data, Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs and the likes
- Comfortable using AI and automation tools for content workflows
- Systems thinker — defaults to building a process, not doing one-off tasks
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, development, and marketing
- Fluency in English
