The Product Designer will own the experience and performance of a defined channel, working across both existing and new partners to improve product quality and commercial outcomes. This role sits in our Perform space, where the focus is on optimising live product experiences to drive measurable impact across metrics like conversion, engagement, and revenue. Operating within a cross-functional squad, the role is responsible for identifying opportunities, testing solutions, and iterating rapidly based on data and insights. The Product Designer collaborates closely with Product and Engineering, with regular presentation of work to internal stakeholders and external partners. Feedback and data are actively incorporated to refine solutions and ensure alignment between user needs and business objectives. The role remains closely involved through delivery, partnering with Engineering to ensure that shipped solutions meet a high standard for quality, usability, and performance. As a strong individual contributor, this position owns design within the squad and is accountable for delivering experiences that are both high-quality and effective in achieving measurable outcomes.
