We are seeking three experienced Project Managers to establish a Programme Management Team that will support the transformation of a large, complex fare revenue collection system within the transport sector. These roles will be responsible for managing key elements of the Entry (Mobilisation, Transition, and Transformation planning), ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams, client, stakeholders, and incumbent supplier. The Project Managers will play a critical role in driving delivery readiness, reporting, managing risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies and support, ensuring the programme is positioned for a successful transition into service delivery.

Key duties include:

  • Lead and manage delivery of specific workstreams and service groups, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and milestones.
  • Support the development, coordination, and governance of the Baseline Entry Plan.
  • Drive Entry activities, ensuring outputs are complete, validated, and aligned across all workstreams, client and stakeholders.
  • Track, manage and report risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID), ensuring clear articulation of impact and mitigation.
  • Ensure readiness for transition, including resource planning, knowledge transfer, tooling, and service processes.
  • Support programme governance, including reporting to governance and other forums.
  • Provide regular status (weekly and monthly) reporting, including progress, risks, and key decisions required.
  • Work closely with Planning, Commercial, Technical, and Service teams to ensure integrated delivery.
  • Support change control and impact assessment for any adjustments to scope, sequencing, or timelines.
  • Ensure alignment with contractual obligations, milestones, and client expectations.
