Job Details

  • Location: Sydney North, NSW (Hybrid / Mobile).
  • Package: Base: $100,000 - $115,000 - (depending on experience), plus 12% superannuation. Plus, a generous travel allowance to keep you moving across your region.
  • Reports: This role reports directly to the National Programs Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Four days a week visiting your services to manage safety, compliance, and quality outcomes.
  • Turn your OOSH teams into local superstars by empowering them to lead with confidence and fostering a shared commitment to enriching every child鈥檚 experience.
  • Guide your services through Assessment & Rating with full backing from our compliance experts at our compliance unit TEG Compass.
  • Act as the vital bridge for your region. By aligning the needs of School Principals and families with the expertise of our Head Office, you鈥檒l ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OOSH programs.
  • Use your "can-do" attitude to tackle challenges, knowing you have a supportive network behind you.
  • Transform data into insights by delivering monthly reports that showcase your region's growth, celebrate team wins, and identify new opportunities to elevate our service standards.
  • Drive high performance across your sites by conducting regular educator appraisals.

What You Bring to the Mix

  • Proven experience managing people (ideally in Education or Childcare).
  • You speak every 'language' of OOSH. Whether you鈥檙e engaging with a curious child, empowering an Educator, or navigating a high-level meeting with school leadership, you build trust and connection in minutes.
  • ACECQA approved qualifications, such as a Diploma or higher in Child Care, Education, or Community Services. Check with us if your qualification is approved!
  • Valid Driver鈥檚 License and your own car (car allowance is provided).
  • Working with Children Check, First Aid (HLTAID012), and Child Protection Training are required. We鈥檒l help you get up to speed with these!
