We are looking for a Sales Manager to work with Balkans market and strengthen our ambitious sales team. You will work with the leading telematics solutions in the world and master your B2B sales skills.
Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

In this role, you will:
- Contribute to market research by identifying market potential and new business opportunities in Balkans region markets.
- Work with B2B clients across the Balkans region and nearby markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact, cold calling, and presentations.
- Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals.
- Attend exhibitions and business meetings abroad to represent Teltonika and its solutions.
- Collaborate with technical support departments and product specialists to address customer requirements.
- Leverage CRM systems to process and manage client information.
- Adapt quickly to changing market situations and customer needs.
We expect you to have:
- At least 2+ of experience in B2B sales with results you are proud of.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding and interest in technology products and IoT solutions.
- Experience with cold calling and active customer prospecting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven tools.
- Organized and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to solve problems and learn quickly from mistakes.
- Willingness to travel abroad frequently.
- Excellent English language skills (C1+ level).
- Additional language skills in at least one of the following languages: Macedonian, Croatian, Serbian, Hebrew, Greek.

Salary
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position is 13 EUR/h up to 16 EUR/h pre-tax (~2150 - 2700 EUR) pre-tax + attractive bonus package (including monthly bonuses) based on your results and sales growth.
*In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
