As Sales Manager at OnLogic you lead the EU Sales team in various aspects of business development, new account acquisition and account management for our European region. You are a mentor, a coach, and a strategic influence for our rapidly growing sales teams and sales leaders in the EU. You define sales strategy, establish key performance indicators, manage accountability, and scale the team to support our aggressive growth goals throughout Europe. On an average day, you'll...

  • Develop and implement the strategic sales plan for the European region in alignment with our global leadership team. 
  • You are responsible for achieving the sales targets and key performance indicators for the region.
  • Manage and optimize sales process, funnel management, customer engagement and CRM utilization.
  • Establish and execute the sales team hiring plan, and apply your hiring experience to maximize our future growth.
  • Build and develop a strong leadership team and leadership bench.
  • Utilize resources on the Sales team for maximum effectiveness and international/cross border selling.
  • Actively coach and mentor the Sales team using a solid sales methodology. You demonstrate a clear track record of closing new business and growing existing business.  
  • Manage team accountability and conduct performance evaluations that will improve performance, optimize efficiency and build strong future leaders.
  • Join the team in complex large account closures and contract negotiations
  • Engage global department leaders, (Finance, operations, engineering, marketing, legal etc.), to ensure efficiency and eliminate potential roadblocks.
