We鈥檙e looking for a Senior Product Designer who shares our commitment to quality, has a high visual bar, and can turn complex problems into intuitive user experiences.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will:
- Drive design decisions as a self-directed member of a cross-functional team.
- Lead the end-to-end design process from ideation to launch across mobile and web.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to iterate and fine-tune the product.
- Identify opportunities for product improvements, design system evolution, and new features.
- Write clear, concise UX copy tailored to context and audience.
Requirements
- 3+ years as a Product Designer on digital user-facing products.
- High visual craft with attention to polish and detail.
- Experience crafting well-balanced interactions that make interfaces feel natural.
- Ability to design complex features while maintaining consistency across the product.
- Technical confidence: able to understand engineering constraints and design within them.
- Proactive in defining and prioritising UX issues: able to collect and assess relevant data, and move things forward.
- Highly communicative and self-organised: able to clearly articulate design rationale and prioritise feedback to iterate rapidly.
