About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Workforce team and help us reimagine the future of learning assessments.

In this role, you will:

• Take a product from a concept to a reality
• Navigate complex requirements and distill them into clear, prioritised product definition that meets users needs. 
• Own the definition of what "value" looks like for both the business and the customer; you will establish the North Star metrics and KPIs from scratch to validate product-market fit and ensure every feature built contributes to a measurable outcome.

This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex technical problems,  and wants to see their work used in real-world learning environments.
