We are toogeza, a Ukrainian recruiting company that is focused on hiring talents and building teams for tech startups worldwide.
Currently, we are looking for a Product Manager for Rapidсase.
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time
About our client:
Rapidсase is an AI-powered platform that automates legal work for personal injury attorneys in the US. We help lawyers process cases faster by automating document analysis, medical record review, and case preparation — work that's currently done manually. The addressable market is massive: personal injury claims in the US are an industry worth billions, and the entire workflow is ripe for automation.
Our MVP has been built and tested with real clients. We're looking for a Product Manager to lead the product through its go-to-market phase.
About the RoleThis is not a typical PM role focused purely on feature delivery. You'll be the second person on the project alongside our CEO — a legal domain expert. You'll own the product, manage the development team, and actively drive go-to-market efforts.
The role requires full autonomy. You'll identify what needs to be done, find the resources to do it, and execute — without waiting for detailed instructions.
What You'll DoManage and prioritize work for the development team
Collect and translate client feedback into product improvements and feature updates
Iterate on the MVP based on real-world usage and testing results
Work closely with the CEO to engage potential clients and support go-to-market efforts
Design and run marketing experiments: direct outreach, email campaigns, industry conferences
Independently source and onboard freelancers or contractors when needed (designers, copywriters, etc.)
Define and test hypotheses around product positioning and acquisition channels
Communicate product progress and strategy to stakeholders
Must Have
5+ years of overall experience in product management
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS company
Hands-on experience working with AI/LLM-based products — you understand how they work, their limitations, and how to work with AI engineers effectively
Proven ability to work autonomously in an early-stage environment — no hand-holding
Experience managing cross-functional teams and external contractors
Strong analytical thinking: ability to define metrics, interpret data, and make product decisions based on evidence
Experience with product discovery: user interviews, hypothesis formulation, A/B testing, usability testing
Proficiency with product management tools
Fluent English — both written and spoken. You'll work directly with our US-based CEO and communicate with American clients
Nice to Have
Experience launching a product on the US or European market
Background in legal tech, document automation, or professional services software
Experience with direct B2B sales or outreach campaigns
Basic understanding of LLM architecture and prompt engineering
You'll be the second person on the project — real ownership and direct impact from day one
Work directly with a CEO who has deep legal domain knowledge and an existing network of potential clients
The product already exists and has been tested with real users — you're not starting from scratch
Huge market opportunity: personal injury law is a multi-billion dollar industry in the US, and automation is just beginning
Startup pace without the uncertainty of zero traction — we have a working product and real feedback
Remote, full-time position
HR interview with toogeza
Interview with the founding team
Final interview
