About

At Airparks, we’re creating a workplace where everyone can thrive, build their careers and reach their limitless potential. We’re leading the way in changing the shape of airport parking by providing a service that customers can trust.

We’re looking for Site Operatives who can confidently work under pressure and are flexible to cover days, nights, and weekend shifts, typically in 12-hour patterns. This role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions and requires a high level of physical fitness, as you may walk more than 10 miles on busy days.

You’ll be part of a trusted, supportive team that works together toward shared goals. Strong customer service skills are essential, as you’ll be interacting with hundreds of customers each shift. You will also support the wider team by covering a variety of roles across the business, helping ensure smooth operations each day.

Above all, we’re looking for individuals who reflect our company values in everything they do.

We recognise hard work and talent so, based on performance and business needs, there may be the opportunity to move from a fixed term contract to a permanent contract.

The Role

By joining our team you’ll:

  • Be the face of Airparks at the forefront of our daily parking operations
  • Welcome customers as they arrive on site, ensuring they receive a friendly and efficient check in service.
  • Assist customers and direct them to available spaces, minimising disruption to their travel.
  • Safely and efficiently move customer vehicles from our customer arrivals area to our secure parking facilities on site.
  • Return vehicles to the customer collection area, perfectly timed for when they return from their trip.
  • Have a direct, positive impact on the overall customer experience.
  • Operate in all weather conditions, covering long distances on foot while working on site.
  • Demonstrate trust, teamwork, responsibility, and a customer-first mindset in everything you do.

What you can bring to our team:

  • The ability to think on your feet and make great decisions in an operational environment
  • Excellent customer service skills, you work with a positive, customer-first attitude
  • Flexibility and adaptability with the ability to work under pressure
  • A collaborative mindset, you look out for your team members and help them when needed.
  • High attention to detail and proactive problem solving
  • Commitment to living our values

Everyone’s career path is individual and different, so this is just a guide. If your experience doesn't precisely match this, you’re encouraged to apply so that we can discover your unique talents!

Hours

Airparks operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and this role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working a variety of shift patterns across days, nights and weekends.
