We are looking for a proactive Social Media Executive responsible for managing the end-to-end planning and execution of social media content across multiple brands.

This role combines viral ideation, trend monitoring, content planning, and execution, ensuring content is both strategically planned and performance-driven.

You are responsible for keeping the content pipeline relevant, consistent, and aligned with what is trending and performing on social media.

Key Responsibilities

1. Viral Ideation & Trend Analysis (Core Responsibility)

Stay constantly updated with trends across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

Identify daily/weekly viral formats, hooks, and content styles

Generate and propose high-performing content ideas daily/weekly

Adapt trends to brand niches and marketing objectives

Develop multiple angles, hooks, and variations for each content idea

Analyze why content goes viral (hooks, pacing, psychology, structure)

Continuously bring fresh ideas to improve reach and engagement

2. Content Strategy & Social Media Calendar (Core Responsibility)

Independently create and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars for assigned brands

Translate viral ideas and trends into structured posting plans

Design daily posting schedules across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

Ensure balanced content mix (viral trends, brand content, repurposed assets, etc.)

Continuously update calendars based on trends, campaigns, and performance

Ensure all planned content is organized, approved, and ready for execution

3. Content Execution & Publishing

Manage daily posting across all social media platforms

Upload, format, and publish content accurately and on time

Write captions, hashtags, and basic copy aligned with brand tone

Schedule content in advance to maintain consistency

Manage stories, reels, and feed posts across accounts

4. Cross-Team Coordination

Work closely with:

Videographers

Editors

Designers

Marketing team

Provide clear creative briefs based on trends and content ideas

Ensure all content is aligned with planned viral concepts and calendar

Follow up on deliverables to maintain fast execution cycles

Ensure smooth workflow from ideation → production → publishing

5. Content Optimization & Repurposing

Adapt content for different platforms (format, ratio, caption style, length)

Repurpose viral or high-performing content into multiple variations

Handle light edits when required (basic trimming, captions, formatting)

Ensure all content is optimized for each platform’s algorithm

6. Social Media Account Management

Manage multiple brand accounts across platforms

Ensure profiles are consistently updated (bios, highlights, branding)

Maintain active, structured, and professional social media presence

Ensure content consistency across all pages

7. Performance Tracking

Monitor key metrics (views, engagement, reach, retention)

Identify top-performing content and break down why it worked

Suggest improvements based on performance data

Continuously refine ideation and calendar planning based on insights
