Role overview

We’re looking for a proactive and technically strong Support Engineer to support the full lifecycle of apps on Titan OS.

You’ll work closely with key app providers (e.g. AppleTV, HBO Max, Spotify) not only during initial onboarding, but throughout the ongoing lifecycle of their apps: across new platform releases, evolving technical specifications, and new TV model launches.

This role combines technical troubleshooting, partner support, and coordination across internal teams. You’ll help ensure apps continue to perform reliably as the platform evolves, while also improving documentation, processes, and overall developer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

App Lifecycle Support & Integrations

  • Act as a technical contact for app partners across the full lifecycle (onboarding, updates, and new platform releases)
  • Support partners in adapting their apps to new Titan OS versions, device generations, and technical requirements
  • Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes across app, platform, and device layers
  • Collaborate with QA, engineering, and partners on investigations and issue resolution
  • Communicate technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Developer Experience, Documentation & Tooling

  • Improve onboarding and integration processes through clear documentation and guidance
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, guidelines, and integration best practices
  • Support and help define tools that improve debugging, inspection, and validation workflows
  • Contribute to maintaining compatibility with other Smart TV platforms
  • Support app interaction features (e.g. key mapping, deep linking, and platform integrations)

Platform Quality & Certification

  • Support app certification and ensure compliance with platform requirements (e.g. playback performance, input handling)
  • Help validate app behaviour across devices and platform versions
  • Identify recurring issues and drive improvements in platform requirements, tooling, or processes
