Role Impact:
As a "Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Specialist", you鈥檒l work with the Global Hiring Manager and Talent Acquisition Team to identify, attract, and hire talent aligned with organizational goals.
The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, starting from understanding hiring requirements and creating job descriptions to sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Roles & Responsibilities:
馃搶Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hire needs and candidate selection criteria.
馃搶Source top talent using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google, AI tools, and other research methods.
馃搶Review and shortlist candidate profiles, focusing on fit, potential, and alignment with ZURU鈥檚 standards.
馃搶Stay up to date with Recruitment trends, LinkedIn updates, market insights, and new tools.
馃搶Contribute ideas and feedback to improve Recruitment practices and collaboration across teams.
馃搶Work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition team and collaborate with global Hiring Managers.
馃搶Maintain strong data hygiene to support data-driven hiring decisions.
Skills & Experience
馃搶2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Sourcing or a similar role.
馃搶Strong written and verbal English communication skills to work with global counterparts.
馃搶Collaborative and proactive, with strong ownership.
馃搶Positive, curious and Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
馃搶Quick learner, a problem solver, adaptable and open to new challenges.
馃搶Resourceful and comfortable learning new tools and systems.
馃搶Resilient and motivated, able to manage high-volume pipelines and stay focused under pressure.
