We are looking for Talent Acquisition Researcher to join our team to build one of the all-time great companies in mental health industry.

About you
2+ years in proactive sourcing (preferably startup/product environment).
Proven track record of finding and engaging passive candidates for technical and non-technical roles (Performance Marketing based, Product Engineers etc).
Hands-on with ATS (we use Ashby) and diverse sourcing tools.
Comfortable with sourcing analytics and use data to prioritize and iterate.
Flexible, and comfortable experimenting with new sourcing approaches and tools.
Comfortable to work side-by-side with Hiring Managers.
Your responsibilities
Proactive sourcing: hunt passive candidates through communities, conferences, niche boards, and social channels. Do not limit yourself with Linkedin search only :)
AI implementation: apply and scale AI tools to optimize funnel performance and candidate experience.
Data-driven approach: track everything from initial reach to final offer and optimize the entire funnel
Team collaboration: partner with recruiters and hiring managers to translate role needs into sourcing strategies
How we get things done?
Remote-first, but we have offices in Ukraine (Kyiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia), so you can mix and match if you prefer. Ideally, you should be in the CET or EET time zone.
