Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from kickoff to offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Manage and nurture a robust pipeline of candidates across hardware and software disciplines.
- Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit, coordinating interviews and debriefs.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience at every touchpoint.
- Collaborate with the sourcing team to drive targeted search efforts.
- Track hiring progress and report on key recruitment metrics using our ATS.
