As Workplace Manager at Jentic, you’ll make sure our office runs smoothly, efficiently, and with care. You’ll own the systems, relationships, and daily routines that keep everything working - from operations and logistics to team support and culture.
We’re looking for someone who can build processes from scratch, bring structure to a fast-moving environment, and help us scale as we grow. You’ll be the steady hand that keeps things organised while making Jentic a great place to work every day.

In this role, you will:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring the space is organised, functional, and ready for collaboration.
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and building services, coordinating maintenance, deliveries, and equipment needs.
- Handle expense management, including budgeting, invoices, and expense tracking.
- Support founders and the wider team with scheduling, travel coordination, and general administrative tasks.
- Maintain office supplies, catering, and meeting room setup - ensuring everything runs seamlessly and efficiently.
- Lead health and safety processes, ensuring compliance with workplace standards and maintaining emergency procedures.
- Plan and support internal events, team lunches, and milestone celebrations that bring people together.
- Proactively identify issues and improve systems - from process checklists to workspace organisation.
- Use modern tools and AI (including ChatGPT) to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
- Be a trusted, reliable point of contact for anything the team needs to stay focused and productive.
Please note: This role is in-office 5 days per week (Mon-Fri) at our Dublin 2 HQ.
