About the Role
To expand its sales team, AutoScout24 is looking for an Inside Account Manager.
As an Inside Account Manager, you have a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing automotive dealerships. You excel at acquiring new customers, building personal relationships, and retaining existing dealer partners. You will work toward clearly defined sales targets.
Your mission is to help dealerships sell more vehicles and achieve a better return on investment (ROI). You will do this by advising customers on how to optimize their advertising performance and by identifying opportunities for additional advertising solutions. We have access to extensive data that enables you to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
Based on data analysis, you will advise dealerships on pricing strategies, vehicle sourcing, visibility on our platform, and market developments. By combining industry knowledge with commercial insight, you become a trusted advisor and sparring partner whom customers rely on to discuss and improve their business performance.
What You'll Need
- A genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry, a sector that is constantly evolving.
- An energetic and ambitious professional with a strong sales drive and a desire for continuous personal development.
- Strong telephone communication skills, with the ability to listen, advise, and build relationships.
- Excellent commercial skills, persuasive abilities, and perseverance.
- Experience in the automotive industry and/or B2B sales is considered an advantage.
- An MBO or HBO diploma (or equivalent level of education and thinking), supplemented by relevant work experience.
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
