At Nucleo, we are a purpose-driven advisory and technology consulting firm specialising in Enterprise Solutions and Data & AI. We partner with ambitious organisations to deliver transformative projects that create measurable, long-lasting value.

Collaboration is at the core of everything we do—both with our clients and within our teams. With over 60 in-house experts, we deliver bespoke, end-to-end solutions across ERP, CRM, asset management systems, automation, and advanced analytics. The result: seamless implementation, clear stakeholder alignment, and lasting business impact.

We are seeking a Lead Power Platform Consultant to lead the delivery of a Power Platform governance capability for a large, complex organisation. This is a senior, hands-on consulting role responsible for assessing the current Power Platform estate, defining fit-for-purpose governance and operating model controls, and implementing the agreed approach to enable safe, compliant and scalable low-code delivery.

What you will do

  • Lead discovery of the current Power Platform tenant (apps, flows, environments, connectors, makers/owners, usage) and produce a clear inventory and risk/criticality view.
  • Lead a small delivery team (e.g., 1 to 2 consultants/analysts), planning work, assuring quality of outputs, and coordinating delivery across project phases.
  • Design an enterprise-ready governance framework covering environment strategy, standards, ALM, lifecycle management, access policies and operational routines.
  • Define and implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies aligned to data classification and security/compliance requirements (including GDPR considerations).
  • Design and stand up a pragmatic Centre of Excellence (CoE) operating model: decision forums, intake/approval workflows, roles/RACI and success metrics.
  • Configure and implement governance tooling (including monitoring/reporting and CoE Starter Kit configuration where appropriate).
  • Facilitate workshops across IT and business stakeholders, driving decisions and ensuring adoption of agreed controls and standards.
  • Deliver maker enablement (training, playbooks, templates) so teams can build quickly within clear guardrails.
  • Lead handover to the Enterprise Application Team, including runbooks, cadence, reporting and knowledge transfer.
