We design Spotify’s consumer experience end-to-end, moment-to-moment, across every screen, platform, and partner integration. Our mission is to make listening feel effortless, personal, and joyful for billions of users around the world. That means turning complexity into clarity across hundreds of touchpoints—from our mobile and desktop apps to the smart speakers, TVs, cars, and integrations where Spotify shows up every day. We design and power the experiences that connect listeners with the audio they love. Within this space, the Content Platform team enables creators and content distributors to deliver their content seamlessly, while equipping Spotify teams with a rich and reliable catalog. The Annotation Platform Ops team partners closely with Product and Engineering at the heart of the Content Platform R&D studio. Together, we build high-quality, interconnected datasets that power machine learning systems across Music, Podcasts, and Audiobooks combining human expertise with AI to improve how content is understood and experienced at scale. We are looking for an Annotation Managerto help facilitate the collection of labeled datasets that Content Platform teams use to train, evaluate, and better understand models and systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the center of ML and AI-driven development.
