The group is in the process of enhancing its Business Development Department, to undertake a wide range of missions internationally, covering different geographical and technological areas.
Within this context, ED’s Business Development Department, has currently a vacancy for an additional senior ΙΤ Business Development Manager, to offer his/her services at the company’s premises in Marousi, Athens, and manage a team of three experts.
The ideal candidate will be part of the group’s senior management team and will be provided with excellent opportunities for professional growth.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Acquire deep knowledge of the group’s project and product portfolio, technologies and capabilities and keep up with technology trends;
- Identify new business opportunities through monitoring public and private sector tender portals;
- Participate in the definition of the group’s commercial and business development strategy in different areas;
- Manage various client accounts, and analyse international tendering opportunities in information technology subjects;
- Develop compelling bid content, including executive summaries, value propositions, pricing models, and technical responses for digital transformation and software solutions;
- Lead end-to-end bid process, from opportunity identification to proposal submission;
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand the technical vision and transform complex information into comprehensive proposals that clearly articulate the business value;
- Manage resources and timelines to ensure timely and high-quality proposal submissions;
- Draft, consolidate and review commercial and technical documents;
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, regulations, and industry standards;
- Continuously refine bid processes, templates, and best practices for enhanced efficiency;
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote ED’s capabilities and expand its network;
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training initiatives to elevate the overall business development function.
