Employment Set-up: Remote (Independent Contractor)
Salary Range: Starts at $1,200 - $1,800/ Month
Pay-out Frequency: Semi-Monthly
Benefits: 10 PTO after 120-day probationary period

Job Summary:
Wingz is looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join our growing remote team and support our expanding operations in the US NEMT (Non-Emergency Medical Transportation) industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is passionate about driving business growth within an assigned market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support day-to-day operations within your assigned market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and driver partners
- Assist in driver onboarding, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements
- Help drivers increase trip volume through strategic planning and support
- Monitor market performance and contribute to achieving monthly revenue targets
- Execute operational tasks efficiently with strong attention to detail
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
