Contract term: Casual work / zero hours contract

Purpose of the Role:

To support the delivery of high-quality food and hospitality services during match days, conferences, and events at Worcestershire County Cricket Club by assisting the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment, maintaining excellent food hygiene standards, and helping to ensure an efficient and professional catering operation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the preparation and cooking of food for match day hospitality, conferences and events.

• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen safety at all times.

• Supporting senior chefs during busy service periods and ensuring food is delivered promptly.

• Preparing ingredients, plating dishes and assisting with buffet and banqueting service.

• Ensuring stock is rotated correctly and stored in line with food safety regulations.

• Washing up and keeping kitchen workstations clean, organised and fully stocked.

• Working flexibly as part of a fast-paced kitchen team during cricket matches and large-scale events.
