As Character Artist you be working alongside the character art team, animation team and art director to create characters that provide a memorable experience. You will have a proven track record creating compelling, quality characters with an eye to detail and an understanding of human anatomy.

Key Duties Include
- Work with the Lead Character Artist, Art Director and Animation team to create compelling and plausible characters that meet the technical requirements of the project
- Collaborate with other departments such as animation, tech art, and game design to ensure all character assets are optimized and integrated into the game world effectively
- Assist in developing and implementing new techniques and tools to improve the quality and efficiency of the character art pipeline
- Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure that project goals and deadlines are met
- Actively seek out feedback
- Work closely with Technical Artists and Engineering team to ensure the character assets are optimized for performance
- Participate in critiques and reviews of character art assets to maintain a high standard and ensure that they meet the needs of the game
