The successful candidate will be responsible for helping the company recover overdue loan payments, communicating with customers to find payment solutions, and safeguarding the company's financial assets. Commercial Workout Specialist will play an important role in the company's operations as they help ensure the stability of the organization's financial standing. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable of collections processes and regulation

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to resolve delinquent accounts through payment in full, settlements,or structured repayment plans.
• Apply effective collection and negotiation techniques in compliance with FDCPA, state regulations,and company policies.
• Conduct skip tracing,asset rearches, collateral reviews, and account research.
• Support legal processes by preparing documentation, coordinating information, and negotiating resolutions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation within the system of record.
• Provide timely updates and reporting to management and clients.
• Handle inbound calls and represent the company professionally.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
