We are currently seeking a Credit Control Advisor to join our dedicated team at the Dudley office. If you have previous experience working in a collections environment and can support enhancing the credit control function, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The Role

As a Credit Control Advisor, you will be responsible for maximising the collection of debt, while ensuring that the debtor days are reduced in line with company targets. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Debt management and collection of customer accounts
• Responsibility for your section of the ledger
• Achieving agreed collection targets
• Providing reports on the performance of accounts
• Controlling and monitoring the daily debt
• Monitoring cash allocation and proposing corrective action on allocated accounts where needed
• Escalating serious issues to the Team Leader or Credit Manager
• Providing an excellent level of customer service
• Resolving all business queries within agreed timeframes
• Ad hoc administration duties
