Customer Service Specialist – Danish Market

Native Danish Speaker (m/f/d)

As a Customer Service Specialist for the Danish market, you are the primary point of
contact for our Danish-speaking customers and play a key role in delivering an
outstanding end-to-end service experience for premium outdoor living products.
This role requires native or near-native Danish language skills and is ideal for
candidates who enjoy taking ownership of complex and technical customer cases.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the main customer service contact for Danish-speaking customers via
  phone, email, and chat

• Handle complex inquiries and escalations, including technical and
  installation-related topics

• Manage cancellations, claims, returns, and refunds independently and accurately

• Collaborate closely with logistics partners, warehouses, transport providers, and
  internal teams

• Contribute actively to customer satisfaction and NPS improvement

What You’ll Bring

• Native or near-native Danish (mandatory) and strong professional English skills

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service or a customer-facing B2C role
  (e-commerce preferred)

• Confidence in explaining technical products and solutions to customers

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong prioritization skills

• High IT affinity; experience with Zendesk, Shopify, Aircall, or similar tools is a plus
