Role & Missions
Test Bench Development & Instrumentation
- Develop and maintain electronic test benches and measurement equipment
- Define instrumentation setups for accurate and repeatable validation
- Ensure test environments reflect real-world operating conditions
Electronic Validation & Testing
- Validate electronic boards (functional, thermal, EMI/EMC, power consumption)
- Define test procedures, protocols, and acceptance criteria
- Ensure reliability and consistency of validation results
Failure Analysis & Debugging
- Diagnose faults and analyze electronic failures at board and system level
- Perform root-cause analysis and support corrective actions
- Work closely with hardware teams to resolve issues efficiently
Test Automation & Production Support
- Develop automated test systems and validation tools for production
- Support scaling from prototype to production testing workflows
- Improve test coverage, efficiency, and repeatability
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards (CE, EMI/EMC, electrical safety)
- Support certification and qualification processes
- Maintain validation records and traceability
Design Collaboration & Reliability
- Collaborate with design teams to improve reliability and testability
- Provide feedback on design for validation and manufacturability
- Contribute to continuous improvement of electronic systems
