The Role
We’re looking for an Enterprise BDR to execute, refine, and scale our outbound motion while staying deeply hands-on in the field.
As one of the first enterprise BDR hires in France, you’ll be the tip of the spear responsible for pipeline generation, account penetration, and building market presence across target enterprise segments.
You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing to build and convert pipeline with urgency and precision.
What you’ll do
- Own outbound pipeline generation end to end: account targeting, sequencing, messaging, and activity.
- Build and refine the outbound playbook as we scale.
- Qualify and manage inbound leads in coordination with broader account strategies.
- Drive opportunity creation across channels: cold outreach, introductions, events, and trade shows.
- Build enterprise prospecting workflows: account mapping, stakeholder identification, multi-threading, and buying group navigation.
- Represent the company at industry events: pre-event targeting, on-site engagement, and structured follow-up.
- Partner closely with Account Executives on account strategy, handoffs, and early-stage pipeline progression.
