About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer Graduate to join our teams in Europe and gain hands-on experience in quality management across large-scale construction projects. This role offers exposure to quality assurance and control processes, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing QA/QC plans and procedures.
- Support inspection and testing activities for materials and workmanship.
- Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate quality documentation, including inspection reports and test records.
- Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action plans for non-conformances.
- Assist in internal audits and quality reviews.
- Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the project team.
