The Role

The Inbound Sales Representative converts leads into customers by presenting Rejuvacare products with confidence, handling objections professionally, and closing sales that genuinely match each customer's health needs. This is a performance-based role that rewards driven individuals motivated by commission and by genuinely helping people.

Rejuvacare's product line includes RejuvaKnee, FootRenew, RejuvaFlow, and OzemPatch, all designed for adults experiencing chronic pain or mobility challenges. The target customer is typically 55+ and looking for natural, non-invasive alternatives. Your job is to understand their situation, position the right product as the solution, and present upsells, bundles, and the RejuvaCare+ membership in a consultative manner that adds real value.

What You Will Own

Handling inbound inquiries and presenting Rejuvacare products effectively. Following approved sales scripts while adapting naturally to each customer's situation. Identifying the customer's health concern and positioning the most relevant product. Presenting upsells, bundles, and membership offers consultatively. Overcoming objections with empathy and product knowledge. Processing orders accurately. Meeting daily and monthly revenue and conversion targets. Maintaining detailed call notes. Escalating complaints to the CS team.
