We are seeking a B2B Senior Content Strategist to lead and scale our content strategy supporting the North America business. Based in Brazil, this role will partner closely with North America marketing, sales, and industry leaders to develop high-impact content that drives brand positioning, demand generation, and pipeline growth. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role for someone who can translate complex technology and business solutions into compelling narratives that resonate with executive audiences. The ideal candidate is a strong writer in English, deeply experienced in B2B content, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment. ATTENTION: please send your resume written in english Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Planning Define and lead the North America content strategy aligned to business priorities, verticals, and GTM initiatives Build and manage a content roadmap across campaigns, events, ABM programs, and always-on initiatives Partner with industry, sales, and marketing leaders to identify key narratives and messaging frameworks Ensure alignment between brand positioning, thought leadership, and demand generation efforts Content Development & Execution Own the creation of high-quality, executive-level content in English, including: Thought leadership articles and bylines Whitepapers, case studies, and solution narratives Sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, POVs) Website and campaign content Translate complex topics (AI, digital transformation, technology solutions) into clear, compelling storytelling Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all assets Demand Generation & Performance Partner with campaign and ABM teams to develop content that drives pipeline and revenue impact Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and conversion Define and track content performance metrics (engagement, influence on pipeline, conversion rates) Continuously refine strategy based on performance insights Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with North America stakeholders (marketing, sales, PR/AR, leadership) to support key initiatives Collaborate with design, digital, and marketing ops teams to ensure seamless execution and distribution Act as a strategic advisor on content best practices across the organization Team Leadership & Governance Provide direction and mentorship to content contributors and external agencies Establish and enforce content governance, processes, and quality standards Manage timelines, priorities, and workflows across multiple concurrent initiatives Qualifications 8+ years of experience in B2B content strategy, content marketing, or related roles Proven experience supporting North America or global markets Exceptional English writing and editing skills (native or near-native proficiency required) Strong portfolio demonstrating thought leadership and long-form content Experience in technology, digital transformation, consulting, or related industries Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging, and business-relevant content Strong understanding of demand generation, ABM, and content’s role in the funnel Experience working in cross-cultural, global teams (Brazil ↔ North America preferred) Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a services or consulting environment Familiarity with AI, data, and digital product development topics Knowledge of SEO best practices and content performance analytics Experience collaborating with PR/AR and executive communications What Success Looks Like A clear, differentiated North America content narrative that strengthens brand positioning High-performing content that contributes to pipeline growth and sales enablement Strong alignment across marketing, sales, and leadership on messaging and storytelling Scalable content processes that improve efficiency, quality, and impact
