Our Partner Client Experience (PCX) Ops Team is looking for a detail‑oriented, organized, and client‑focused professional to join us as a PCX Operations Associate.

In this role, you’ll be the link between our clients, partners, and global talents employed through WorkMotion’s partner network. You’ll coordinate the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to contract changes and offboarding, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and human‑centred experience at every step.

What you will do as an Operations Associate

  • Own the complete talent lifecycle from onboarding through contract changes to offboarding, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions at every stage.
  • Coordinate seamlessly between clients, talents, and partners to resolve queries, manage expectations, and maintain clear communication channels.
  • Manage contract modifications and employment changes with precision, ensuring all parties are aligned and documentation is accurate.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in partner workflows, proposing improvements that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Support talent and client queries with empathy and expertise, building trust through transparent, solution-focused communication.
  • Maintain comprehensive case oversight across multiple ongoing projects, prioritising effectively while keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged.
