Join Marabu as an Operations Support Specialist and play a key role in keeping our airline running smoothly and efficiently. In this dynamic position, you will oversee day-to-day flight operations, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, support in disruption management, and help drive operational stability. Main responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate airline operations (OPS) of Marabu in close collaboration with the Operational Control Center / Dispatch, focusing on passenger experience and wellbeing during all flights and irregularities
- Monitor the fulfilment of service agreements with external service providers
- Assess the financial impact of operational decisions (e.g. overnight vs. diversion, EU261 compensation vs. leasing external ACMI, etc.)
- Handle administrative tasks such as emails and daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Provide ad-hoc support in case of disruptions (in collaboration with operational departments such as OCC, Crew Control, MOCC, etc.)
- Take an active role in finding quick and practical solutions for passengers affected by delays, cancellations, diversions, or overbookings
- Support and guide airport stations in handling passenger issues (e.g. ticketing, immigration, or DCS system topics)
- Participate in the development of new processes and tools to enhance team efficiency
