Technical Lead, Oracle Fusion & Enterprise Integrations
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead, Oracle Fusion & Enterprise Integrations to own technical architecture, engineering delivery, and platform governance across Oracle Fusion and enterprise integrations.
This role carries primary accountability for Oracle Fusion technical architecture and integration architecture (OIC, Boomi, AWS native integration gateways, APIs, event-driven patterns), while providing secondary technical oversight for Workday and Enterprise Tools (e.g., Atlassian). You will ensure scalable design, disciplined execution, upgrade readiness, intelligent automation enablement, AI adoption governance, technical debt remediation, and long-term platform sustainability.
In addition to direct technical contribution, you will lead a team of Fusion, Integration, Workday, and Enterprise Tools engineers, enforce code and configuration governance, drive deployment discipline, and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery across platforms.
Product Managers owns the “what.” This role owns the “how” and engineering integrity.
Primary Responsibilities
- Own domain-level Oracle Fusion technical architecture across Finance, SCM, and Procurement modules.
- Define and enforce configuration standards, extension strategy, security model governance, and integration guardrails.
- Assess platform health, identify technical debt, and lead remediation initiatives.
- Lead quarterly Fusion upgrade impact analysis and regression governance.
- Design and oversee implementation of extensions, workflows (BPM), Groovy logic, Flexfields, and master data controls.
- Establish governance for AI and intelligent automation within ERP workflows.
- Own integration architecture and strategy across Natera’s SG&A applications and in-house tools.
- Define API-first and event-driven standards across OIC, Boomi, REST/SOAP APIs, business events, middleware, and AWS native integration services (Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge), ensuring reusable and scalable integration frameworks.
- Close reporting gaps and enable advanced analytics using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fusion data models.
- Directly manage Integration and Platform Engineers.
- Establish code/configuration review governance and quality standards.
- Drive engineering capacity planning and predictable delivery.
- Provide technical governance and oversight for Workday and Enterprise Tools platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8–12+ years of Oracle ERP experience with 4+ years hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud expertise.
- Deep expertise in Fusion architecture, extensions, workflows, security model, integrations, and reporting.
- Proven experience implementing workflows using BPM, Application Composer (Groovy), and Flexfields.
- Experience building extensions using APEX and/or Visual Builder.
- Strong experience with OIC and/or Boomi, with solid understanding of API-first and event-driven integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of Fusion data structures and reporting enablement (OTBI/BIP).
- Proven ability to identify and remediate technical debt in enterprise ERP environments.
- Demonstrated ability to enable intelligent automation within enterprise platforms.
- Experience operating in SOX-regulated or controlled environments.
- Experience leading engineers and enforcing engineering governance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading Oracle Fusion implementations or large-scale Enterprise applications modernization initiatives.
- Experience designing or governing integrations using AWS-native services (Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, SQS/SNS).
- Experience integrating ERP platforms with other internal enterprise SaaS applications (Workday, Salesforce) and custom build engineering services or softwares.
- Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
