Sales Administrator
Kepak Meat Division Ireland operates across 8 manufacturing sites with 2,500 employees, supplying quality meat and
protein-based products to domestic and international retail and foodservice markets. The division is recognised for its
operational excellence, strong customer partnerships, and continuous innovation.
As a Sales Administrator, you will be working at the heart of our operations, delivering top quality administrative, analytical, and coordination support to the team.
Your role is key in driving the seamless execution of commercial processes, managing data with precision, and facilitating clear, effective communication both internally and with clients.
Your contribution as a Sales Administrator is vital in ensuring exceptional customer account delivery. You will maintain the accuracy of pricing and product data, streamline internal workflows, and uphold the highest standards in commercial documentation and reporting.
Please note: This role is based out our Head Office in Clonee (own transport advisable) and will work on a Hybrid arrangement, after the initial induction/training period.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Administration & Account Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
- Maintain accurate customer price files, product listings, and internal commercial documentation
- Order & Pricing Accuracy: Ensure customer pricing systems and internal templates are accurate and up to
- date
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a coordination link between Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Technical,
- and Operations teams
- Reporting & Data Management: Maintain accurate sales trackers, KPI dashboards, and service-level reporting

- Product & Launch Administration: Support new product code creation and ensure accurate system set-up.
