The fruit and vegetable sector is demanding, fast-paced, and exciting. At the heart of the organization, the Sales & Executive Assistant plays a key role in supporting management activities, support commercial operations, and ensuring operational efficiency with commitment and professionalism. If you enjoy working with people, feel comfortable in a dynamic environment, and are able to combine strong commercial acumen with solid numerical skills, then this opportunity is made for you. Your passion – our daily business You will provide executive support to the management team, including the coordination of a complex agenda, the organization of strategic files, and acting as a key interface with headquarters and group partners. You will handle administrative management and reporting, including the preparation of activity reports for management and the group, monitoring performance indicators, and ensuring rigorous follow-up of supplier files. You will act as an international interface, managing daily communications with sites and suppliers in Spain, and ensuring accurate and timely transmission of information. You will support commercial activities by following up on prospects and clients, conducting sales follow-ups, managing opportunities, and coordinating commercial files, as well as preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials. You will coordinate logistics and transport operations by liaising with carriers, monitoring goods flows, and resolving logistical issues in real time to ensure operational continuity. Requirements What you’ll bring along You have proven professional experience in commercial and/or executive support roles, with a solid track record in assisting management and sales functions. You are fluent in French, Spanish and English, all mandatory for this role, with daily use in written and spoken communication. You have excellent command of office and business tools, combined with strong negotiation skills and outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. You are recognized for your strong organizational skills, discretion, and excellent sense of priorities, enabling you to manage sensitive information with professionalism. You demonstrate high responsiveness and a strong commercial mindset, allowing you to anticipate the needs of management and contribute proactively to business development initiatives.
