The fruit and vegetable sector is demanding, fast-paced, and exciting. At the heart of our organization, as a Sales Manager, you will contribute to serving our customers with rigor and commitment. Your passion – our daily business You will be responsible for the development of key accounts: identifying, prospecting, and developing buying groups, retail chains, and key distributors, while positioning Buonanno’s exclusive ranges towards decision-makers. You will analyze the market, anticipate trends, and support the introduction of new premium varieties and assortments. You will ensure daily coordination with suppliers to guarantee a reliable, high-quality sourcing and supply. You will coordinate purchasing, sales, and logistics operations, ensuring smooth management under tight timelines. You will manage pricing quotations, sales follow-up, and the resolution of claims with a high level of accuracy and rigor. You will work closely with internal departments such as quality, logistics, and finance to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Why to join Buonanno? Requirements What you’ll bring along You have at least 3 to 5 years of professional experience, ideally in the fresh fruit & vegetables, fresh produce, or agri‑food sector, with a solid understanding of industry specifics such as seasonality, perishability, and margins. Experience in key accounts is a plus. You hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Business, Agri‑Food, or a related field. Language skills: You are fluent in French, English and Spanish, all mandatory for this role. You are comfortable working daily in an international environment, interacting with group teams and production sites. You have strong negotiation skills and a genuine interest in high‑quality products. You demonstrate excellent communication abilities, planning and forecasting skills, analytical thinking, customer relationship management, and problem‑solving capabilities. You are a committed and autonomous person with a strong team spirit, essential to succeed in a people‑centered organization.
