We have an opportunity for a Senior ADM Technician to join the team at the Silverstone Facility. In this role you will be responsible for producing high-quality parts using a variety of rapid prototyping technologies. You will supervise and delegate to meet the demands of the department. You will work closely with design engineers to create prototype parts for Wind Tunnel testing and the full-size race car. We aspire to be the absolute best in every aspect of our team.   • Operate and maintain DMLS printer(s) and other rapid prototyping equipment
  • Planning and Programming of builds for DMLS and other ADM technologies
  • Work closely with the leadership team on all department functions
  • Collaborate with design engineers to produce DMLS parts for Wind Tunnel testing and Full-Size applications
  • Supervise and manage the production needs of the ADM department during the shift, delegating work where necessary
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
  • Supervise all safety guidelines and protocols are followed
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Troubleshoot issues and make repairs as necessary
  • Participate and lead in design reviews and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Monitor and report on project progress, particularly related to RP builds
  • Collaborate and lead with design teams and engineers to determine material specifications and requirements
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery on time
