Senior Casino Manager

At Rhino Entertainment, we are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Senior Casino Manager within our Commercial Team. We are looking for a dedicated professional who possesses a passion for the world of casinos, a proven track record of managing casino products, and strong leadership skills to help drive performance and support the continued growth of our casino offering.

What your role would look like:

• Support the execution of localized casino strategies for Suppliers/Games per Country and Brand
• Manage the day-to-day roadmap for casino products and content releases, working closely with the in-house development team to deliver effective integrations
• Coordinate the rollout of new gaming products/features, including user acceptance testing and launch readiness
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with third-party suppliers and content providers
• Develop and coordinate promotional activities with Content Providers on cost-effective and attractive content localisation
• Collaborate with CRM to create and set up bonuses and promotional campaigns based on content localization and customer segmentation
• Help optimise game placement models with gaming suppliers to ensure strong commercial performance
• Work closely with VIP, Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure best practices are standard
• Monitor, analyse and regularly present KPIs, providing actionable insights for key stakeholders
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide full visibility on casino activity and performance trends
• Conduct competitor and market analysis for content, T&Cs and bonus policies across several regions and brands
• Demonstrate strong awareness of bonus abuse practices and support the implementation of mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with the Legal team to meet all compliance requirements across all markets
• Support the development of casino-related mechanics around bonuses, gamification and rewards to optimise player engagement
• Enhance the player journey in collaboration with the UI/UX team
• Mentor and support junior team members while contributing to a high-performing Casino function
